My goodness doesn't time fly by. Here we are at the beginning of Oct. already. So what's been going on, well mum and I did the race for life in July which was great fun. We had the first of Michaels birthday bashes, which involved a black stretch limo, a meal at Frankie and Benny's and the Shrek 4 movie.
Shirley, Mark and Eric arrived at the end of the month. The grown ups went to see Much ado about Nothing in the park, in the rain... Only in Britian!
Then the main event, we drove in convoy to Bath for two nights which was great. We got to torture the boys with a walking tour around the city. Shirley saw an exhibition of Princess Diana's dresses and Phil and I relaxed at the Bath Spa.
Then down to Longleat Center Parcs. How can three days go so quickly? The highlights were the raft building and bike treasure hunt for the Pflugs and my two big boys. The jewellery making and mini golf for me and Michael and the Abba Magic evening for Shirley and me.
So now, Phil is back at work, the Pflugs have gone home and the boys are back at school. Stephen is seriously into G.C.S.E. mode, or so he tells me. We have started looking at sixth forms for next year, and he is growing up fast. Michael has not been to school much. He has had a chest infection for weeks, which he had just shaken off. hasn't stopped him starting his Christmas list though!
Halloween is on the horizon. and half term beckons. Where does the time go?
